Meet Jeffrey S. Kenny, Esq. - Managing Attorney & Founder
Jeffrey S. Kenny, Esq. is a California-licensed attorney and certified mediator with extensive experience representing both businesses and individuals in complex legal matters. His practice includes business litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, real estate disputes and transactions, corporate compliance, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and strategic counsel for startups and growing companies.
In addition to business litigation, the practice includes personal injury. Mr. Kenny is deeply committed to advocating for individuals and families who have suffered serious harm. His firm represents clients in personal injury matters, including cases involving institutional misconduct and sexual abuse, where strong legal advocacy and compassionate representation are essential. Mr. Kenny also has unique experience advocating for the rights and well-being of children. He has been actively involved in nonprofit work supporting vulnerable youth and currently leads a family-run nonprofit organization providing humanitarian relief to impoverished children in Latin America. This work has given him firsthand insight into the challenges faced by vulnerable communities and reinforces his commitment to protecting those who may lack a voice within complex systems.
Prior to founding Kenny Law Group P.C., Mr. Kenny gained extensive experience working within a law firm environment where he served as a senior law clerk, internship director, and later as an associate awaiting licensure. During that time, he worked simultaneously with both litigation and transactional teams, developing a broad understanding of the legal and strategic challenges faced by businesses and individuals alike.
He was later promoted to an Executive Vice President role within the firm’s affiliated multinational holding company, where he oversaw corporate compliance and operational matters for more than twenty entities operating across the United States and internationally.
Today, Mr. Kenny brings this diverse legal, business, and nonprofit experience to his practice, providing clients with strategic guidance, determined advocacy, and a commitment to achieving meaningful results.
Academic Achievements and Legal Education
Mr. Kenny graduated in the top of his class at Trinity Law School. He was a member of the Business and Tax Law Society, the President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and the elected Senior Representative of the Student Bar Association. Additionally, he travelled to Strasbourg, France to study International Law and International Human Rights and received the high honors of an American Jurisprudence Award for obtaining the highest grade in Contracts II amongst his peers.
Undergraduate Background at Temple University
Prior to law school, Mr. Kenny received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a law concentration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There, he was a member of the National Scholars Honor Society and studied International Business at Temple University, Rome in 2006. In addition, he was chosen to represent Temple University in its 2008 Business Policy Competition and invited to be a guest speaker at the 2010 Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership summit held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Philanthropic Efforts and Community Involvement
Mr. Kenny’s philanthropic endeavors include owning and operating a non-profit organization with his family called Ninos Del Reino (Children of the Kingdom – www.ndrfoundation.com), which aids many impoverished Salvadorian children through monthly donations used to purchase nourishment and other necessities for over seventy children. Additionally, he is very knowledgeable and heavily involved in motorsports, generally, whether that entails working on classic German cars in his spare time, driving and racing them, or importing and exporting classic cars both nationally and for himself and clients.
