Meet Jeffrey S. Kenny, Esq. - Managing Attorney & Founder

Jeffrey S. Kenny, Esq. is a dedicated California licensed attorney and certified mediator possessing vast legal knowledge and experience in the full breadth of business litigation, business transactions, contract drafting and review, negotiations, real estate litigation and transactions, corporate compliance, M&A, entity formation and structuring, and startup consultancy.  Mr. Kenny also sits on the Board of Directors of Cargo Cam, Inc., a bustling tech startup in the transportation space looking to redefine an industry ripe for innovation.  Prior to founding Kenny Law Group P.C., he gained many years of experience working as a senior law clerk, internship director, and subsequently an Associate awaiting licensure at WKB, LLP, where he worked in both the litigation and transactional departments simultaneously.  He was then promoted to an Executive Vice President position with the parent multinational holdings company wherein he maintained the entirety of corporate compliance and operations for over twenty entities in the US and abroad.   

Mr. Kenny graduated in the top of his class at Trinity Law School.  He was a member of the Business and Tax Law Society, the President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and the elected Senior Representative of the Student Bar Association.  Additionally, he travelled to Strasbourg, France to study International Law and International Human Rights and received the high honors of an American Jurisprudence Award for obtaining the highest grade in Contracts II amongst his peers.  

Prior to law school, Mr. Kenny received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a law concentration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There, he was a member of the National Scholars Honor Society and studied International Business at Temple University, Rome in 2006.  In addition, he was chosen to represent Temple University in its 2008 Business Policy Competition and invited to be a guest speaker at the 2010 Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership summit held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  

Mr. Kenny’s philanthropic endeavors include owning and operating a non-profit organization with his family called Ninos Del Reino (Children of the Kingdom – www.ndrfoundation.com), which aids many impoverished Salvadorian children through monthly donations used to purchase nourishment and other necessities for over seventy children.  Additionally, he is very knowledgeable and heavily involved in motorsports, generally, whether that entails working on classic German cars in his spare time, driving and racing them, or importing and exporting classic cars both nationally and for himself and clients.
